When I check online the construction process of the building I have been involved with or actually see the facility through an on-site meeting, inspection, and guided visit, I get a real sense that I conducted quantity surveying for the building. At the same time, passion and motivation for the next project begin to fill me up. In particular, the sense of accomplishment in a large property project through cooperation is extraordinary.
As we are involved in a numerous number of construction projects, what is important is to control processes of multiple projects running simultaneously. Thus, I would like to strive to arrange an environment and atmosphere in which every employee can engage in their duties as a group, while learning required management techniques and skills one by one.
Furthermore, as the future of our company is supported through continuous provision of the value that satisfies clients, I would like to create new services with value added by applying our sophisticated quantity surveying techniques and know-how.
